Welcome to Project Odin

Ethereum’s public goods are held up by teams doing work that is deeply technical, widely relied upon, and chronically under-incentivized. They are strong at research and engineering, but most run on a single funder and a grant-sprint cycle, chasing the next funding round only as the current one runs out.

Project Odin is our response: a hands-on, twelve-month program that pairs each participant with an embedded strategic advisor, with the explicit goal of piloting revenue-generating opportunities and strengthening operational runway.

What these updates are for

Following the model of the ARIA FRC Launchpad, we want to share regular, public progress on the program and its participants. Expect notes on the pilot cohort, lessons from the support cycle, and thinking on the Frontier Research Contractor model as it develops.
